Registration Policies

Enrollment - Enrollments are accepted in order of receipt. Note that registration is not complete and space is not guaranteed until payment is received. Most classes have maximum and minimum enrollment requirements. Registrants are notified in advance if a class must be cancelled due to low enrollment. If a class is full, registrants are notified and placed on a waiting list.

Confirmation - You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail or phone prior to the scheduled training date.

Class Cancellations - If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified by e-mail, fax or phone at least two working days prior to the scheduled class date.

Refunds and "No Shows" - If you need to cancel your registration, please submit e-mail or written notification to the registration contact at least five working days prior to the scheduled class to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds are not given for "no shows" or registrations cancelled on the day of the class.

Day-of-Class Registration - Because course materials are prepared in advance, day-of-class registrations are generally not accepted. It is suggested that you call ahead to confirm space availability and determine if day-of-class registration is allowed for the class you want to attend. In all cases, pre-registered participants have priority access to classes.

Phone Registration - Telephone registrations are not accepted, but you are encouraged to call the class contact person if you have questions about the class or the registration process.
