All school districts in Mendocino County rely on our HP3000 computer system for fiscal services, such as budgeting, accounting and payroll. Human Resources position control and credential monitoring systems are also hosted on the HP3000.

MCOE is the operational Internet hub for all the school districts in our county. Among these services, we host and maintain a centralized e-mail server running FirstClass software. Several application servers are maintained by TSS. Among the applications hosted are a number of custom software systems, such as online policies, work order tracking, online calendar, and training center registration.

In the area of network infrastructure, TSS is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Wide-Area Network (WAN), as well as providing support for the Local-Area Networks (LAN) for school sites and district offices.
