Q: My School or district has outdated or incorrect information in the Directory or in person search results; Names of people are missing, or email address is not available. How do I get this corrected?
A: The MCOE online directory is a collaborative effort between MCOE and the school districts. Some school districts take great care to keep the database updated since the MCOE directory covers such a large scope of people, its usually the first place many people look. Other districts may not see the need to keep this database up to date. They may also lack the personnel necessary to keep a parity between their internal tracking systems and online databases. To get information in the database updated, you should first contact your district HR department.
