Notes
CSME Circuits are handled by AT&T's ENOC center in Sacramento, however you can open a ticket with CMAC (800-540-8121) and they will dispatch it to the proper department for all circuit types except for AVPN (as of 5/3/2011)
For AVPN circuits, you need to call the AT&T Business Services center at 877-288-3499, and follow the voice prompts. An AVPN circuit is entered with only the numbers. DHEC.123456.811.ATI would be first entered as 123456. The followup question asks about if there are 3 digits following. Give that number if you know exactly which circuit is down. If you dont, say nothing or "No"

We need the account info for all DSL lines for sites that don't connect to MCOE directly
- T1 Lines that run between two remote schools should be listed, such as Anderson Valley ES to HS and Point Arena ES to HS.
