Safety Committee The MCOE Illness and Injury Prevention Safety Committee meets quarterly. The purpose of the committee is to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for all employees by fostering a culture of safety. We provide managers with support and training resources. Our standardized safety program, regular review of incidents and responsiveness to issues and concerns will ensure we have safe working conditions and maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements.
