The Human Resources Department provides program support in the areas of recruitment, testing, interview and selection, employee orientation and retention, fingerprinting, leaves, employee and labor relations, credentialing support, and workers’ compensation.

To achieve this mission, we provide accessible, effective and timely Human Resources to MCOE employees and school districts in the areas of human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee and labor relations, compensation and credentials.
