Beginning October 7, 2019, the Mendocino County Office of Education’s Institute of Career Education will be testing and accepting applications for both the Dental Assistant and the Phlebotomy courses. These comprehensive courses will provide quality instruction for all students, as well as the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to acquire certifications as a Dental Assistant or Phlebotomist.

- Applicants must pass Basic Skills & Typing exams to receive an application
- Proof of high school diploma/GED
The Deadline to submit the application packet is November 22, 2019. Dental Assistant Classes begin January 6, 2020, and Phlebotomy classes begin January 13, 2020. Course enrollment fee for the Dental Assisting course is $3,800 and the enrollment fee for the Phlebotomy course is $2,600.
