Applications are now open for the Spring 2027 cohort of MCOE’s six-month Dental Assistant Program.
The program combines hands-on training with classroom instruction to prepare students for careers in dental practices, clinics, and specialty offices. Students develop skills for chairside assistance and front office roles, including assisting with examinations, restorations and extractions, charting, sealant application, and more. Students also earn OSHA and bloodborne pathogen safety certifications.
The Spring 2027 cohort meets Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Ukiah, January 7 through June 24. Applications are due October 9, 2026.
The program cost is $4,500, payable in two installments.
