DCN: Honoring Every Voice: Understanding Communicator Profiles and Support Strategies - Virtual

This session explores the diverse ways students communicate, introducing participants to different communication methods and profiles through examples, videos, and a case study. It is intended for educators and support staff who work with students using a variety of communication styles. Attendees will learn practical strategies to support each student’s unique communication method—whether through speech, gestures, or aided tools—enhancing confidence in fostering authentic communication for all learners.
