Overview of Benefits
MCOE provides health insurance coverage for employees, spouses, and dependents through our Staywell Health Benefits program. Coverage is available at a shared cost between the employee and MCOE, making quality healthcare accessible and affordable.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Full-time employees: Mandatory participation for employees working 30+ hours per week
- Part-time employees: Coverage available for employees working 28+ hours per week

Staywell is the name of our county-wide health plan. Lucent is our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) health plan administrator, and we use the Anthem-Blue Cross PPO network. Lucent is the plan administrator, aka Customer Service. Anthem pays the providers and Lucent ensures that our plan is being administered properly and tracks our deductibles and coinsurances. The Anthem Blue Cross website will help members find care providers and costs.
