Announcing the Local Childcare & Development Planning Council's (LPC) annual public meeting on April 8, 2-3 PM. Families, early learning and care providers, and other members of the public interested in our county's local early learning and care system are all invited. The LPC will discuss the supply and demand for early care and education and set priorities for allocating state and federal grant funds. Attend online or in person at the MCOE River Campus in Ukiah.  The goals of the LPC are to: * Promote access to quality childcare and development services * Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies to * provide families the best possible childcare options * Assess the county’s childcare needs once every five years * Prepare a countywide childcare plan to mobilize public and private resources * Develop priorities for allocation of state and federal childcare grant funds * Support training and professional development of childcare providers  Questions?
