Coordinator Resources
As the coordinator, you are the vital connection between students' ingenuitive ideas and the logistical requirements that make the entire experience a success. Your responsibilities include: providing guidance and encouragement; ensuring that students submit their registration online and complete permission forms accurately by the specified due date; and tracking student progress by using the checklist provided in the coordinator handbook (below). You’ll watch students' creativity come to life and play a key role in their journey of discovery and achievement.
Important Dates
The Coordinators' Orientation is October 2nd from 4-5pm
The Logo Contest has begun and the Due date for all entries is Jan 9th, 2026
All students should have their handbooks by October 31st.
All submissions for the County level must be submitted from Jan 31st-March 6th. The link to the Registration will be posted by Jan 15th.
The date of the fair is March 21, 2026
